Processing & Production
Every item in The Riverside store is made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production before being shipped. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production prior to shipping.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
- United States: 5 to 8 business days
- Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days
Please note these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

- Standard shipping: $9.00
- Free shipping on all orders over $60.00
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected or controlled by The Riverside. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at hello@shoptheriverside.com and we will make it right.
Peak Periods
During busy periods such as holidays, production and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
