At The Riverside, every item is made to order. We take pride in the quality of our products and want every supporter to be happy with their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@shoptheriverside.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@shoptheriverside.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

As every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Items that have been worn or washed

We strongly recommend referring to our size guide before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations

As orders enter production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@shoptheriverside.com if you need to cancel.
