Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation please contact us at hello@shoptheriverside.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Every item is made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, plus delivery time. UK orders typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days. US orders within 8 to 13 business days.
Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders outside the UK and US typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days after production.
Standard shipping is $9.00. All orders over $60.00 qualify for free shipping.
Products
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
All shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas 3001 — 100% combed and ring-spun cotton. Soft, lightweight and pre-shrunk.
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. All measurements are provided in both inches and centimetres.
Returns & Refunds
As every item is made to order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Please refer to our full Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@shoptheriverside.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
